In this anti-bullying show, James addresses a serious topic in a way that's fun and engaging thanks to the amazing magic and lots of audience participation. James addresses various types of bullying, and addresses the question of why kids bully. James sends a strong message that victims need to walk or run away when possible, and then report it. “Telling is not tattling” when it comes to bullying -- it's an important intervention to help oneself or another person. The show also addresses the role of peer-pressure in bullying behaviors, since often a group of kids will gang-up to abuse someone. James encourages kids not be led into becoming bullies in order to please their friends.

Games will also promote social skills, communication skills, and confidence building! The program is great for students with disabilities such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Experience music and sound as you’ve never seen or felt it before! Turn your voice into a giant laser show. Play with unique instruments, including a Laser Harp and a PVC Xylophone, and get tickled with sound with a huggable speaker. Learn about hearing loss and other ways Deaf people can still experience sounds. TOPICS: Waves, pitch, volume, sound in air, harmony, adding waves, filtering waves, human speech. A hands-on activity making working speakers can finish-up this show!

Mazur, Matt Turtle Dance Music Disability Awareness,

Mr. Matt Mazur is an autism intervention and early childhood music education specialist. He performs a funny, engaging and highly interactive music & movement concert for all children including children on the Autism Spectrum. We regularly work with the New York Public Library and are one of their “best reviewed programs”. Each song is accompanied by tactile, visual, auditory and humorous experiences. The show includes interactive music technology, banjo, didgeridoo, guitar and many more instruments!
