Schnupp, Jeanne Savvy Sightseer Travelogue of Switzerland Other
Travelogues are fun and informative for all. Through a digital multi-media presentation, your patrons will marvel at the wonders and beauty of Switzerland, from its shoreline cities to majestic mountain peaks. We’ll view unparalleled scenic vistas, as well as the playgrounds of the rich and famous. As we visually visit cities and towns, I provide anecdotal commentary from my experiences there. Additional discussion includes tips for traveling safely, group vs. individual travel, trip planning resources and guides. I also display and share my “backpack must-haves.” Following the presentation, we have a Q & A session. Each attendee also receives a token gift – a one-page annual photo calendar featuring some of the pictures in the show. A raffle is held for one patron to take home a special keepsake from the event. While the program is geared toward seniors, anyone with an interest in learning more about Switzerland and its intriguing history and sites will enjoy the show!
