Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan is a branch of yoga which helps regulate the nervous and endocrine systems, improves focus and circulation, and moves energy in the body. Each class consists of breathing, warm-ups, yoga set of exercises (kriyas), meditation, relaxation some singing and/or chanting. This yoga helps calm anxiety, stress, depression and transform old habits into a healthier lifestyle. Kriyas vary from class to class, so no two Kundalini classes are the same! Taught by KRI Level 1 Instructor Leonora Knight (RYT) Fully insured. I've been a dancer my whole life, and nothing feels as wonderful as Kundalini Yoga! For more info go to 3HO.org
