AN ENERGETIC EVENT FOR ACTIVE PEOPLE Although we won't be running the entire time, this is an active event popular with college students, teens, and older school age children with energy to spare. It's an hour of active, non-sports, everybody-wins, strategy games that challenge you no matter what your skill levels. And, if breathers are needed, we'll sit down for a few Minute Mysteries to challenge their brains while their bodies rest. What kind of games? Try this: it takes team work for everyone to catch the runner in Line Cross, and it certainly is a challenge for one lone individual to hold everyone at bay in Smaug's Jewel. It's 1-on-1 competitive running in Elbow Tag, and everyone working together to get untangled in Knots. Lots of tag games, including Cross Tag, Blob, Rock Paper Scissors Tag, and the incomparable Go Ten. Plus unusual team games like Dho-Dho-Dho, Lemonade, and Elves Giants & Wizards! All in all, it's a solid hour of excitement, a total blast, and a might lot of FUN! Check out Project: Ribbon Dancer for a great add-on craft project.
