Spoon Man - "Dig Into Reading" Literature- Authors,
Music,
Performing Arts- Theater
With the theme "Dig Into Reading", I'm thinking of a cereal bowl with books inside and 2 spoons digging in. I am a family musical interactive comedian and I'm also a published author. My book is called "Spoon Boy". I also offer a workshop for teens and adults called BYOS (Bring Your Own Silverware). My web site is www.SpoonMan.biz . I have my library brochure, video clips and info about my book on my web site. My program is around 45 minutes. With multiple bookings (on the same day), I can be as inexpensive as $300 per show. I don't mind driving an hour or more between libraries.

The Spoon Man wants to spoon you. He is an interactive musical family comedian. In 1986, he performed to Mikhail Gorbachev while in Russia. He also performed for former U.S. President Gerald Ford and Mr. Rogers. His totally clean act (never uses dirty silverware) with audience participation is ideal for libraries. The first thing your patrons will do after seeing his performance, is run to the kitchen and grab a pair of spoons. He also offers for tweens, teens and adults a BYOS (bring your own spoons) workshop. His book Spoon Boy was published in 2008. Read about his book on his website. COLORED posters are provided for advertising your event. Cruise invites you to join his growing list of the Spooned.
