Learn about art and artists in a fun creative and age appropriate setting. The first part of the lesson is devoted to an interactive story about an artist or period in art through the use of puppets,handmade props and backdrops, and feltboard. Children then create works of art in the style of the art presented, using high quality materials. The curriculum is original and written by two certified teachers with backgrounds in art history, elementary education, and special education.

Two teachers will teach an art class geared toward preschoolers. In this interactive program, children will explore fairytales, folktales and literature brought to life through the use of puppets, props, felt board games, and music. Famous illustrators will be explored and an art project using a wide variety of materials and techniques will be created. All art materials included in rate.
