Meet the Author-Illustrator Literature- Authors,

During my visit, I will talk about my work as an illustrator, about how I get ideas for stories, about my working habits... I will read from one of my books, draw for the audience, show how a drawing evolves from sketch to finish... I also like to present an idea I'm currently working on -a sneak preview of sorts. I love to talk WITH the children too and welcome any question. My presentation can vary according to the librarian's goals and age group. When I leave the library, I hope to leave children who can't wait to grab their pads and pencils and try their own stories and drawings.
