With her keen sense of dialog, Pamela inhabits characters from many parts of the world. Students travel from one country to another, discovering how traditional folk tales connect us all. Favorites include The Magic Orange Tree and other Haitian tales, Anansi stories (including African, Jamaican and North American versions), native American tales, and extraordinary selections from Europe and Asia.

Using storyboards, journal excerpts and folktales, this is a great program to motivate young writers.
