Houseplants are a fun hobby, but most have no food value. What if you could grow citrus plants like lemons, oranges, and limes right in your living room? Learn how to grow citrus, as well as bananas, pomegranates, olives, coffee, and even vanilla orchids and other spices at home. Learn what plants are hardy in your USDA zone, and whether or not they are self-pollinating or require a second plant. Participants take home an exotic plant of their choice, the last program received Arabica coffee plants. Jump with Jill is a professional live show that travels the country transforming nutrition education into a rock & roll nutrition concert. The school assembly takes childhood obesity by storm, serving as a kid-appropriate approach for kicking off wellness committee initiatives, reinforcing classroom learning, and supporting a healthier cafeteria menu. The show is both educationally sound and completely rock & roll. Armed with catchy songs, upbeat dance moves, and a hip wardrobe, Jump with Jill uses the same tools normally used to sell junk food and keep kids sedentary to get kids engaged, moving, and learning about healthy habits. The live Jump with Jill show has been performed live 3,000 times for almost a million kids all over the United States, Canada, and Europe.

The ancient healing arts of yoga and meditation can help people to bring more balance into all aspects of their lives and thus, to experience radiant health and well-being. May be done any time of year, ice shavings can substitute for snow in summer. Learn where racism begins and how it can end, during a film and talk presentation by award winning filmmaker Ken Kimmelman. View 3 short films by Mr. Kimmelman, the Emmy Award winning public service film "The Heart Knows Better"; "Brushstrokes," an anti-prejudice film commissioned by the UN; and "What Does a Person Deserve?" a celebrated film against homelessness and hunger. The films are part of an interactive presentation about how the philosophy Aesthetic Realism, founded by American educator Eli Siegel, can change prejudice to kindness. His statement is the basis for "The Heart Knows Better": "It will be found that black and white man have the same goodnesses, the same temptations, and can be criticized in the same way. The skin may be different, but the aorta is quite the same."

The High Peaks Juggling Show is a highly interactive comedy juggling performance with emphasis on learning from our mistakes, team-work & cooperation, confidence building, and learning as play. It utilizes traditions from numerous cultures that highlight juggling as a historical heritage. And because the show is participatory, audience members are left with a feeling that juggling is something they can do too.
