Drawing Stories From Around the World! Multicultural- Other,
Performing Arts- Storytelling,
Visual Arts- Drawing
Drawing stories are among the oldest forms of storytelling in the world, coming from the era of cave drawings to and happening still today. They are fun, surprising, and easy to learn. Storyteller Robin Bady will share the magic. First, she performs one of the stories from her global repertoire. Then you learn to do it yourself. Finally, working individually or in groups or as a class, you create your own drawing stories that you then will present to the others in the workshop. By the end of the show, you will have learned a whole new way of communicating. You will surprise your teachers, astonish your family, and have a whole lot of fun! Robin is a world travelling performer and loves to tell her stories and listen to yours too!
