Discussion about how different colors represent different emotions. You will also learn about mandela designs and discover how filling in the designs with color are a form of meditation, expression, and inspiration.

Do you know what an inspiration rock is? These are smooth small white rocks found at your local beach which are painted or colored with inspirational quotes and pictures. These rocks can be used various ways: Kept at home in different rooms, spread around your property or garden, hidden in local parks, or handed to people to keep in their pockets until they feel the positive message is taken in. A facebook page/ social media will soon be developed so teens can upload photos of their beautiful, inspirational rocks!

Do you know what a vision board is? The presenter will explain what a vision board is? Inspirational people, photos, and quotes, as well as, positive long and short term goals. On a sheet of poster board, teens will cut out of magazines, print out photos they already have, or draw/write onto the board themselves! Please bring old magazines from home or photos you may want to add or print. Additional magazines will be provided.
