This exercise and well being program is for grades k to 3 and must be performed in an open area (or outside weather permitting). The theme of this show is living healthy through moderation. Original songs like “The Dizzy Chicken”, “Simon Says Song”, “Say Uncle”, and others keep the kids dancing, moving, jumping, and laughing. With emphasis on exercise and eating right, this program reinforces the important messages in gym and health classes.
