| The Ivy Vine Players Puppet Theater |
Nature- Gardening, Performing Arts- Puppetry, Visual Arts- Other |
The Ivy Vine Players Puppet Theater is a one-woman show with a cast of over 75 handmade puppets. Each one has been individually crafted from recycled materials, so that Uncle Walter's bathrobe appears suitably well-worn, and Nana's muddy garden boots have a familiar feel. The show is a blend of song and story,; you'll leave humming the tunes, and remembering tales of being kind to the earth and each other.
Puppet-making workshops are available to follow the show ($175). We provide most materials and teach puppetry skills.
NEW! Autobiographical shadow puppet workshop for kids 8 years and up.
