This program artfully weaves literature, reading, & the arts into a colorful, informative tapestry. Our audience was mesmerized. -Karen Vandervoorst Travel with our magic carpet (Shel Silverstein poem) & company of 3 to baseball fields, country settings, & caribbean ports-of-call. Audiences sing-a-long & move-a-long to familar classic & future classic childrens songs. Top of the line live music, stunning projected imagery and fun colorful costume headwear further enhance our presentation of music & literature. Featured are songs from chapter book movies Charlie & the Chocolate Factory & The Wizard of Oz, & top picture books: Take Me Out to the Ballgame, Playing Right Field, Down on Grandpas Farm/Mi Rancho, Inch by Inch (the Garden Song), This Land is Your Land, Down By the Bay, Don't Worry Be Happy, & more. Like being at a Broadway Show! Bookmaking workshops can also be combined with performances...5 of the titles we present can be made into mini-books with xeroxing, cutting & assembling from a single double sided piece of paper.
