CHILDREN’S SONGS & SINGING GAMES Interactive Program for Young Children Sing, move, dance and play rhythm instruments while exploring other cultures with traditional, original and contemporary songs and play-parties! This program includes a variety of traditional, multicultural, contemporary and original songs that stimulate the imagination and inspire singing, moving and dancing. Children imitate animals, take imaginary journeys, create song lyrics and learn Spanish and other languages through call and response singing. Quiet songs and lullabies are interspersed with high energy movement songs. The program is performed on a wide variety of instruments including, guitar, banjo, mandolin, drums and harmonica. Children are often invited to play Latin, African and Native American percussion instruments.

Band members are: Koby Hayon Compositions, Guitars Kermit Driscoll Bass Jerome Morris Drums The Trio will be playing materials from their soon to be released album, as well as new materials. The trio fuses everything from Swing, Jazz, Latin, to middle eastern, and balkan beats.

Remember the good days of Peter Paul and Mary, early Bob Dylan, Pete Seeger? People sang along and felt a real sense that this generation was going to do something big. This program keeps that spirit alive. We’ll have a great time singing the Folk Revival classics from the 50’s and 60’s and few surprise pop classics from the 60’s. An excellent program for Libraries, Arts Centers, Churches, Schools and other meeting places. Pete Seeger covers some of Spook's songs and the two perform together several times per year. Just imagine one lucky patron being able to float 3 feet in the air when they read Dr. Seuss's Sleep Book! I will hypnotize young readers in a fun and positive way. In fact, I'll have books flying off of your shelves in record numbers. You'll see an instant increase in circulation! You'll see so many books checked out, you'll actually think you are dreaming My goal with my summer program is to get the children in your community excited about the learning process and to help reinforce the fun of reading. You'll see an instant increase in circulation as I use popular children's books in the program. Imagine if feeling different in life is actually not so different. The audience will follow their own path through this workshop as they learn about being yourself, keeping it safe, oh, and did we mention Fire Dancing! Highlights of this program include audience participation, dance and acrobatics, comedy, history, as well as a question and answer portion and a trivia filled follow up web video. Follow your Fire will take the audience through their own story of learning how to follow their own path in life, even if it means going against the grain. That story is about the rich, historical cultures that modern day fire dancing comes from. The audience will even get to try what its like to warm up and spin practice poi. Then, the moment we have all been waiting for, the fire show! After our hands on fire safety section, the troupe will demonstrate all the props the audience has learned about in a display of fire and light. We will follow up with a question and answer portion plus an online trivia video for the audience to follow up with.

I’ll take Romance-Songs of love, romance and heartache Sonny and Perley along with bassist Tom Charlap present a concert about what makes the world go round. Drawing from a wealth of music from around the world sung in some of the romance languages as well as in English, this concert presents the many faces of love ( young love, old love, unrequited love, comedic, obsessive, etc ) as seen through the eyes of world renowned composers such as Cole Porter, Richard Rogers, Burt Bacharach, Edith Piaf, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and others.

Marshall, Nate Nate the Great, Juggler Performing Arts- Juggling
Nate the Great is an interactive, 1-man street-style juggling show with comedy, volunteers, very difficult juggling set to pre-recorded New Orleans jazz music, fire breathing and fire juggling. Strolling juggling also available at hourly rates.
