You do not need to be flexible, thin or physically fit. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga. The program begins with the body-breath connection, some mild stretching, and then we will learn basic yoga poses. You will become more flexible, your breathing and focus will improve as well your balance, strength and sense of well being All classes include a meditation segment as well as guided relaxation.

She will cover topics of composting, bed preparation, how to have a weed-free garden naturally, crop rotation to outwit plant pests and diseases while maximizing soil fertility. She will cover intercropping and succession planting so you can get the highest yield possible per square yard. She will take you from planning to planting to harvesting. Your gardening will be life changing as you eat healthier and grow fitter.

This show contains circus arts, magic tricks, intriguing visuals and upbeat music. Both are scripted with a humorous, rhythmic rhyming text, and were created with support from The Rhode Island State Council on the Arts. Marvin is now living in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Sasha is a hula hoop dance instructor and a professional hula hoop dancer. The program starts with a 5 minute hoop dance performance and then I teach the kids or the group how to hoop dance. The size of the group is only limited by the space. I will have hula hoops already made for the class. But I can also do a hoop making workshop.

This informative and interactive workshop will empower women with the fact that pregnancy and birth is a normal, healthy process. Dr. Valenti will discuss the three different types of stress (physical, mental, and emotional) and how these stresses uniquely affect pregnant women. She will discuss each type of stress and the best ways to eliminate them naturally. Topics included are biomechanical changes during pregnancy, how to sit, stand and sleep most comfortably, eating a healthy natural died, and the mind-body connection. Also discussed are natural birth options and resources of information.

During this interactive seminar, we will explore several teas from the top oolong tea producing countries of China and Taiwan, along with a rare oolong from India. Learn about how oolong tea differs from the teas in other categories, specific health benefits associated with oolong tea, and the history and lore surrounding the teas being tasted. Three teas will be tasted and discussed including: Ti Kuan Yin; Formosa Fancy Oolong; and Nilgiri Frost Oolong.
