POSITIVE THINKING for Teens Life Skills- Other
In this program, teens will play an interactive game called RISE OF THE HERO. With the roll of two dice and choosing certain cards, teens will discuss strategies to help improve positive thinking while *battling* (in quotes) negative emotions. Learn to always look on the bright side! You should leave this workshop feeling happier and more in control of your emotions. This therapeutic activity is guided by a School Psychologist.

In this program, a School Psychologist will teach various play therapy games which are easy to learn and fun to play for any age. You will learn how to set short-term and long-term goals, how to keep a calendar of events, and how to make effective lists.
