The stories and songs of The Green Golly Project have always been a favorite of children everywhere – but nothing tickles a kid’s fancy more than silly jokes. This magical program combines stories about kid-life, songs about kid-experience, dreams about kid-stuff and jokes; silly and dumb but always funny jokes! After and during the program kids will get a chance to tell their favorite jokes and share their most interesting dreams – both the ones they have when they’re asleep and the ones that they hold in their hearts and minds for the future!

Jones, Dean Dog on Fleas (Duo) Music
Dog on Fleas' 2 main songwriter/singers Dean Jones and John Hughes play songs from the band's 5 critically acclaimed CDs, and throw in some traditional American tunes and songs from the world around. Employing bass, guitar, keyboards, trombone, voices, and perhaps some surprise instruments, the Fleas will engage and get the audience dancing and singing along. The original songs are very creative and catchy, and sung with vim and vigor. Dog on Fleas' 3rd CD "Cranberry Sauce Flotilla" was the School Library Journal's #1 Pick of the "12 Kids Albums You Can't Live Without" list. Dean Jones' solo CD, "Napper's Delight" was one of NPRs top picks of 2007. Dean Jones also works as a one man band with Arm of the Sea Theater and Hudson River Playback Theater.

This Land is Your Land is a multi-cultural, multilingual folk music program that journeys from New England to New Orleans, Puerto Rico to Hawaii celebrating the cultural diversity of the United States. The program includes traditional songs, legends and dances performed on a variety of instruments including: Guitar, banjo, mandolin, ukulele, Puerto Rican cuatro, Russian balalaika, Appalachian dulcimer, Irish bouzouki, Native American flute, Latin percussion, and harmonica. The program includes music and dances from Native and African Americans, Indo-European immigrants as well as recent Asian and Latin American immigrants. This Land is Your Land can be tailored to include specific cultures, regions, or historical periods and is adaptable to all ages.

“Breezin Along With The Blues ~ Everybody Loves The Blues” Husband and wife duo Sonny and Perley are well known for their playful presentation of classics from the Great American Songbook, Bossa Nova and International Cabaret traditions. In this concert they're having a ball with the blues! Back in the 1940s the currents of jazz and blues ran close together. This is the era they draw from with their lighthearted, jazzy spin on the blues. Sonny and Perley don't pine or bewail—they let loose with rhythm and humor, singing and playing songs of the human experience that get your feet tapping, fingers snapping, and put a smile on your face. Joining Sonny on keyboards and vocals, Perley on vocals and percussion, will be Jim Curtin on bass and vocals.

DuBois, Betsy Ball in the House Music
Ball in the House is 5 guys -5 voices – that’s it! You probably recognize this popular a cappella group from their Cool Whip commercials, appearance on the TODAY show or America's Got Talent or one of their CD’s or live performances across the US. Besides offering a curriculum based study guide, they also offer educational performances, workshops, and fundraisers, featuring your students singing with Ball in the House on stage.
