Zumba Kids is a specially designed dance-fitness program developed for children aged 7-11 and 4-6 (Zumba Kids Jr.). Besides creating a fun, exciting, party-like way to exercise, goals include increasing focus, confidence, coordination, memory, teamwork, rhythm and self-expression. Music and moves are child friendly, easy to follow and draw from Latin, pop, and world music. Rhythm play and dance games add zest and variety. Gary will answer your questions regarding organic food. Learn the meaning of organic and how organic food is grown. Learn the connection between how conventional food is grown and why so many of us develop brittle bones. Learn about various organic certifications to look for on food labels, and how to decode produce stickers. Organic food – costs too much? Overrated? This program will provide young adults with much resourceful information on how to shop for organic food including the most reasonably priced and nutritious food choices.
