4th to 6th grade. Using a ruler, pencil and markers, sketch out and draw your own original comic book with text bubbles. Base your drawings on characters in which you are already familiar or create your own. Your story line may be fantasy or based on your own life. This program can be adapted for teenagers as well.

In this program, teens will participate in a fun activity called THINK IT THROUGH. With the roll of two dice, you will choose a colored card and specific questions which stimulate conversation, decision-making, and problem solving. This therapeutic activity is guided by a School Psychologist.

In this program, teens will play an interactive game called MEDALLION. Similar to the game GO FISH, but with a twist! Teens will learn how to manage 13 different emotions. It's fun and can be played many different ways! This therapeutic activity is guided by a School Psychologist.

This program is designed for parents who want to make sure that their children or teenage children are keeping busy with positive outlets and positive influences. In this hour-long program, a School Psychologist will teach you fun and easy strategies to help organize your chaotic life. Once organized, life will be easier you will be more motivated. These skills will translate into better grades and a successful future. You will leave this workshop feeling happier, less stressed, and able to take on the world!

In this hour-long program, a Psychologist will teach you easy and fun strategies to help get things done (GTD). You will learn how to set short-term and long-term goals, how to keep a calendar of events, and how to make effective lists. Some other skills include: Productivity, efficiency, team work, and independent thinking.
