Talk to a recruiter about posting and maintaining resumes online and pursuing openings on Internet career sites and job boards. *Resume Writing Understand the role of a resume in the job search process. Develop an effective employment portfolio including resume, letters and references. Participants can bring their resume and employment ads of interest. *Interview Preparation Always be prepared for impromptu meetings, initial phone screenings and face to face interviews with prospective employers.
