Program description: Creative yoga classes for children, broken up in age groups of 2-5 years, 6-9, 10-13, and 14-18. Class includes breathing, meditation, mindfulness, yoga moves and stories (where age appropriate), relaxation and brain games! This wonderful yoga helps children and teens with focus, anxiety, stress and depression. 2-5 year olds will have a shorter class. Leonora Knight, KRI Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher (RYT) fully insured
Space/special requirements: As much open space as possible for patrons to lay out yoga mats.

Notes about the fee: Will need to schedule 2 or three classes together to make a long trip from LI Can be combined with any of my other programs.
Other notes: These classes can be combined with any of my Interactive Concerts or Kundalini Yoga for teens-adults.
