Program description: Yearning to stay creative while traveling...eager to turn down time into art time? Want to capture the essence of a place or person while on the go? This class will show you how. Using materials that literally fit in your pocket, you will learn how to transform ephemera, found objects, unusual materials, flora, photographs and a bit of bling into a pint-sized collage ready to hang on the wall as is or frame. Your one of a kind art piece, composed from the interesting remnants of life as we travel through will make a wonderful memento or gift. Principles of design, composition and construction will be taught. No experience necessary.
