Program description: This unique, multi-media workshop is entertaining and educational, part presentation, part concert, part civic-engagement inspiration. Lara will share stories, play original songs, invite participants’ own individual reflection, and offer insight on the vision, values, people, places and events that have inspired her. Themes will span a broad range, from community connection to hardship and hope, resilience and transformation, legacy and passing a torch, and setting each other up to succeed. Step in, step up: we are the leaders we’ve been waiting for. (Note: This workshop can be tailored towards more interaction/participation, or towards more presentation/audience.)
