Program description: At certain points in one's life, it may become important to heal, to “empty” or “clean house” internally, in order to release old, worn-out beliefs, patterns, negative thought processes and unwarranted fears. Shamanic Journeying is the perfect way to heal old hurts, even stubborn ones, in order to experience wholeness and optimal health and well-being. Each workshop has a unique theme. Examples of themes are Seasons of the year, elements of Nature, such as water, essences of particular plants, such as pine from the forest, etc. I may lead students through a series of very gentle Yoga stretches and breathing techniques to help them to relax. We then transition into Shamanic Journeying, in order to get in touch with our innate wisdom and sense of perfect wholeness. In this state of consciousness, it becomes possible for students to gain profound insights into their own lives, those of their friends and loved ones, as well as the wider world in which we all live. Journeying as a group helps to create a safe, secure and supportive environment, in which an individual feels validated in her/his own experience.
