Program description: Zumba, the hot, all consuming dance-fitness craze, is an international phenomenon. Come see why as you groove to the exciting, yet easy to follow rhythms of salsa, swing, reggaeton, cumbia, merengue, pop, tango and world music. You'll get a great full body workout and will learn all the happening moves. This class is fun, spirited, energetic and will make you laugh and shout! Taught by a licensed and experienced Zumba instructor, dancer and group fitness instructor. Bring a water bottle and low tread workout shoes.
Space/special requirements: Preferably a room without carpeting, although low pile carpeting will also work. A table and chair.
Travel restrictions: I travel to Long Island and Queens
