| Program description: | Through dramatic storytelling, theatrical exercises and heightened poetic text, a Red Bull Theater residency helps to improve literacy and public speaking skills, broaden students' understanding of critical social issues, encourage imaginative growth, teach collaborative problem-solving, and promote self-confidence in young people. These teaching artists also collaborate with teachers in developing and implementing cross-curriculum lesson plans to integrate the Bard's masterworks with other subjects. Red Bull artists are available for both single-day workshops and extended multi-week residencies, and can customize their approach to meet your students' specific needs and skill levels, from fifth grade all the way up through high school. |
