| Program description: | The Puppets lead the way to One Earth So Green and Round (Parents’Choice Award 2012) A fun, interactive concert for all ages engaging life-like wild animal puppets such as the raccoon, beaver, polar bear, iguana, chameleon, bumblebee, snake, frog and turtle. Ray Corona says Lydia and Kathy's songs are wonderfully creative, and teach children and remind adults about our precious environment and its diverse inhabitants such as: “In Alaska”, “I Am Snake”, “We Study Frogs”, “Think About the Ocean”, “Why Do Turtles Cross the Road?” and “Chameleon”. Really terrific, and their singing stands out above all! Their songs have become a creative “tool” to help Girl Scouts obtain a nature badge, music badge or environmental badge. A music CD and lyric sheets are be provided to the school prior to appearance. |
