Program description: Zumba Gold has all the fun, fire and fitness objectives of regular Zumba but brings the intensity down a notch. Steps are taught in a safe, easy, progressive manner whether sitting or standing. Moving to the exciting rhythms of Latin, swing, tango, pop and international music becomes a party while it delivers fitness results. This class is designed for those new to Zumba, the active, older adult as well as for those who want to shimmy in their seats. Bring a water bottle and clothes to move in to this engaging, upbeat class!
Space/special requirements: An electrical outlet must be accessible;, Please provide a small table for audio equipment and chairs around the room's perimeter.
