Program description: China is the birthplace of tea and it was discovered almost 5,000 years ago. During this interactive seminar, we will explore several black teas from different provinces in China. Learn what distinguishes the black teas of China from black teas in other countries, specific health benefits associated with black tea, and the history and lore surrounding the teas being tasted. Three Chinese black teas will be tasted and discussed.
Space/special requirements: Need electrical outlet and table for preparing the tea.
