Program description: Pu-erh tea is the most unique tea produced in the world. During this interactive seminar, we will explore several Pu-erh teas from the Yunnan province of China. Learn about how Pu'erh differs from the teas in other categories, specific health benefits associated with Pu-erh, and the history and lore surrounding the teas being tasted. Three teas will be tasted and discussed including: Pu-erh loose leaf; Pu-erh Tuo Cha; and Chrysanthemum Pu-erh.
Space/special requirements: Need electrical outlet and table for preparing the tea.
