Program description: The traditional music of indigenous Australians holds a lot of meaning to their culture. Music is used to teach about nature, everyday tasks, history, etc. all learned by imitation and passed on without the written word. We will make our clap sticks from paint stirrers and decorate them with traditional dot painting. Listen and play along to this time-honored sound.
