Program description: A Creative Writing, Illustrating, and Book Publishing Workshop Introduces the Storytelling Flip-Over Picture Book and the Do-It-Yourself Storytelling Flip-Over Picture Book. Students will write and illustrate a story of their own creation. On the last day of the workshop, the students will read their story from a final bound book. Writing, Illustrating, and then Reading aloud develops all of the Literacy Skills.
Space/special requirements: Book making supplies - $12 per student

Notes about the fee: Workshop leader will work within the budget of the agency. Workshops are usually 8 - 10 weeks.
Other notes: This program can be presented during the school day, but it is especially designed for after-school literacy programs, third grade and higher.
