| Program description: | Open Hand Theater’s vibrant puppets of all shapes and sizes, some over 12 feet tall, are taking on the issue of bullying and escalating conflict in a colorful and delightful imaginary land inhabited by juggling dwarfs, stretchy bouncing giants, friendly flowers and other wise musical beings. Springer and Sprong, two seemingly inseparable pals, tumble into a series haphazard events that could lead to a catastrophic quarrel. Will the entire town follow them into battle? … or will a small stream of harmony bring them all back together again? |
| Space/special requirements: | The performance requires a minimum area 15’ deep x 20’ wide with at least 12’ ceiling clearance. Stage lighting is recommended for large audiences. It is also suitable for outdoor venues, large family events and festivals. Power is required for Sound system. AT LEAST 1 1/2 HOURS REQUIRED FOR SET UP. |
